A leading energy solutions company is looking for a Leadership Development Program Manager to design and manage innovative learning experiences for leadership programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership development experience and a relevant Bachelor’s degree. This remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from $105,800 to $142,000, along with professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design & Deliver Leadership Programs: Lead the creation and execution of immersive learning experiences for targeted leadership and development populations, integrating GE Vernova -specific content, curated resources, and partner-developed modules.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the early career strategy team and executive development leaders to align learning initiatives with broader talent and business goals.
• Program Evolution: Continuously enhance program design based on feedback, business needs, and emerging leadership trends.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external learning partners and internal stakeholders to ensure program quality, relevance, and alignment.
• Curate Learning Resources: Develop and deliver tailored content for early career professionals transitioning into corporate roles, using digital, experiential, and peer-based formats.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to assess program impact, identify improvement opportunities, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
• Navigate Complexity: Drive high-profile initiatives in a dynamic business environment, balancing strategic priorities with execution excellence.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience in leadership development, talent management, or related disciplines
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and executive presence
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
• Decisive, yet inclusive decision-making style
• Robust project management capabilities, including planning, tracking, and risk mitigation
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Preferred:
• Demonstrated success in owning and scaling leadership development programs
• Results-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structured, outcome-focused solutions
• Experience with digital learning platforms and experiential learning design

If contracted in the US:
The base pay range for this position is $105,800 - 142,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.This posting is expected to close on 8/11/25.
