Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. hosts a two-year Leadership Development Program (LDP) at its Las Vegas headquarters. The program provides hands-on experience in gaming operations and finance, with four rotations designed to build a broad, leadership-ready skill set.

You will rotate through core areas including Supply Chain, R&D, Production, FP&A, Corporate Accounting, Game Development, Internal Audit and Investor Relations, receiving mentorship from senior leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduation date Spring 2027.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50.
  • Strong record of extracurricular leadership (athletics, student government, community service).
  • Previous internship or co-op experience preferred.
  • International experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to understand rotations and impact on growth.
  • Work on projects affecting operations, financial performance, and business strategy.
  • Utilize critical thinking to create analyses for decision-making.
  • Engage with business partners to support objectives and develop business understanding.
  • Attend leadership development workshops and networking events.
  • Complete practical training requirements.

This program offers a pathway to leadership roles and provides the foundation needed to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The LDP is a two-year rotational program that gives participants exposure to key business areas across both gaming operations and finance.
