Job summary

Restaurant Brands International invites graduates to join its Leadership Development Program. You will undergo onboarding, hands-on restaurant experience, and two 1-year rotations across multiple departments to build leadership and business acumen on a global stage.

Participants gain exposure to senior leaders, receive targeted training, and shape their early-career path with ownership and impact within RBI's family of brands.

Qualifications

• Graduating with an undergraduate degree between Dec 2026 – June 2027.
• From any major — diverse academic backgrounds welcome (Business, Marketing, Economics, Hospitality, STEM, etc.).
• Hungry to make an impact in a fast-paced business that serves millions daily.
• Passionate about growth, ownership, and the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry).
• Excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders.

Responsibilities

• Two, 1-year rotations in different departments, designed to stretch business acumen and leadership.
• Onboarding week to learn RBI culture, brands, strategy and skills.
• Time in restaurants to gain hands-on experience and understand shift operations, team support and guest experience.
• Exposure to departments like Marketing, Operations, Digital & Loyalty, Finance, Development & Franchising, Supply Chain & Procurement, People, Corporate Communications, Global Business Services.
• Rotations offer responsibility and access to senior leaders across global brands.
