RTX Corporation's Digital Leadership Development Program invites new graduates to rotate through three 8-month assignments across the enterprise, gaining training, mentoring and leadership exposure as you relocate to RTX cities around the U.S.

The program is designed for RTX interns/co-ops and external entry-level professionals and develops capabilities in application services, cybersecurity, data services, infrastructure, and strategy, with hands-on assignments and cross-location experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, IT, MIS, AI/ML, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Relevant internship/co-op or work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Willing to relocate across the U.S., including Texas.

What You Will Do

• Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in program to broaden your exposure to the business and further develop your leadership and functional skills and business acumen

Qualifications You Must Have

• Willing and able to move anywhere in the U.S.A., including but not limited to Iowa, Texas, and Connecticut
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, MIS, AI & ML, Cybersecurity, or other related discipline
• Relevant internship/co-op or work experience
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
• Experience with one or more of the following: application services, cybersecurity services, data services, infrastructure services, process & systems transformation, and transformation & strategy

Program Details

• Applicants MUST be willing/able to relocate for all rotations & have flexibility to travel/live anywhere, including but not limited to Iowa, Texas, and Connecticut
• Rotation locations will vary & may be onsite, hybrid, or remote (role types defined below).
• Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
• Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
• Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role

The salary range for this role is 59,000 USD - 139,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
