The Opportunity

As the Leadership Development: Operations and Change Management Lead, you will collaborate with stakeholders including Leadership Development Leads, EY Global, US Talent functions, and business leaders. Your responsibilities include developing program and project management strategies, ensuring consistent messaging, and leading change initiatives to promote adoption of leadership development programs.

You will also support Leadership Development Team Leads in strengthening EY’s leadership philosophy and deploying innovative leadership solutions that evolve over time.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of leadership development projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Support development of materials and project execution across the leadership development team
  • Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder communication and training
  • Ensure programs are adaptable and effectively implemented within project timelines
  • Engage stakeholders to align on project goals and manage expectations
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Establish metrics for program effectiveness and project success
  • Manage resources, including team assignments, budgets, and external vendors
  • Develop and execute communication plans
  • Support leadership language consistency and holistic development offerings
  • Align development initiatives with organizational goals and employee aspirations
  • Collaborate across teams to improve leadership development journeys
  • Lead and develop the operations team, manage team members’ growth
  • Coordinate with L&D operations and work across time zones, possibly requiring non-standard hours and travel
