Leadership Development Manager will partner closely with the Director of Learning & Talent Development to drive the organization’s leadership strategy and build a strong pipeline of future-ready leaders across both field and corporate roles. This position will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs, coaching initiatives, and succession efforts that align with JRM’s values and long-term business goals. With high visibility and direct impact, this role offers the opportunity to shape how leadership is practiced and grown, supporting our mission to make construction a better experience.
To the extent this position is performed in New York City, the annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000.
