This position centers on training participation, leadership development, client-engagement preparation, and performance growth within a structured financial services environment. Associates contribute to onboarding systems, professional development initiatives, and measurable production outcomes while progressing through clearly defined leadership pathways.
Success in this role is measured through professional development milestones, training completion, licensing, client service activity, and leadership readiness.
Phase 1: Obtain required state licensing and complete foundational onboarding.
Phase 2: Participate in guided field training by observing experienced professionals serving clients.
Phase 3: Begin independent client engagement while maintaining mentorship and performance support.
Phase 4: Develop leadership capacity by assisting with onboarding, supporting training expectations, and reinforcing compliant client service practices.
Phase 5: Qualify for advanced leadership progression, including trainer approval and potential advancement toward Marketing Director, based on production, licensing, and team development performance.
