Job summary

Orrstown Bank is seeking a Leadership Development and Planning Analyst to advance our leadership development strategy within the Harrisburg region. You will implement and support programs that build management capabilities, maintain skills frameworks, and promote career pathing initiatives.

You will also help design and deliver training, coaching, and experiential assignments, while preparing analysis and reporting on development efforts to drive continuous improvement across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Psychology or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, learning and development, talent management, coaching or a related field.
• Demonstrated success coaching leaders and facilitating group learning.
• Experience creating learning content and instructional materials.
• Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and experience utilizing learning technologies and learning management systems
