What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and lead a high-performing team of Guides, ensuring world-class implementation of the Alpha learning system
• Create and refine comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the standard for educational excellence
• Deliver targeted, high-impact feedback to accelerate Guide performance and student achievement
• Demonstrate mastery coaching through direct mentorship of select student cohorts

• Creating traditional lesson plans – our innovative system handles content delivery, allowing you to focus on developing exceptional facilitators
• Compromising on excellence – we maintain rigorous standards, including our 100% mastery requirement
• Conducting conventional training sessions – you'll deliver dynamic, experiential learning experiences that transform Guide performance
  
  

Leadership Coach Key Responsibilities

Drive educational excellence by developing and leading a world-class team of Guides who consistently deliver exceptional student outcomes through the Alpha learning system.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (field open)
• 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, or coaching
• Track record of developing innovative educational programs
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18)
• Strong data analysis skills for performance optimization
• Commitment to working on-site in Austin, TX or Little Rock, AR
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
