Qualifikationen

• Significant fundraising experience in nonprofit or higher education.
• Ability to develop fundraising strategies and lead teams to revenue goals.
• Experience designing multi-channel donor engagement and stewardship.
• Strong knowledge of moves management and donor lifecycle strategy.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/database systems and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategy, growth, and performance of the Leadership Annual Giving program.
• Manage portfolio of leadership donors, driving qualification and cultivation.
• Develop integrated fundraising strategies with Direct Response and teams.
• Analyze donor behavior and portfolio data to inform strategy.
• Supervise and mentor Relationship Managers.
• Oversee pipeline development and moves management for major gifts.
• Collaborate across teams to align outreach and donor relations.
• Ensure accurate donor records and reporting in CRM.
• Continuously evaluate portfolio assignments and fundraising effectiveness.
