Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living offers a 6-month accelerated Leadership Advancement Program (MAP) designed for recent graduates to transition into management quickly. The program combines an 8‑week externship across departments—from culinary to memory care—followed by a 4‑month Operations Fellowship with mentorship from department heads.

Successful participants may enter the MIT track or other leadership roles within our nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• Recent Bachelor's or Master's graduates with strong business acumen and a service focus.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and lead with empathy and analysis.
• Willingness to rotate through multiple departments and learn core operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the two-phase MAP with rotational externship and fellowship.
• Explore careers across senior living communities and gain leadership exposure.
• Work with department heads to develop a leadership track in Sales, Business Office/HR, or Resident Enrichment.
• Pursue direct placement to a Community Management role or other opportunities within Belmont Village.
