Belmont Village Senior Living is launching a 6-month Management Advancement Program (MAP) for high-potential graduates to move into leadership roles across our hospitality, business and healthcare communities. The two immersive phases—an 8-week Rotational Externship and a 4-month Operations Fellowship—include hands-on exposure to key departments with mentorship from senior leaders.

Tracks include Sales, Business Office Management/HR, or Resident Enrichment, leading to MIT or Community Management

Qualifications

• Recent Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong business acumen and a commitment to service.
• Interest in hospitality, healthcare, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the MAP externship and fellowship training program.
• Engage with senior leaders and mentors across departments.
• Prepare for Management-in-Training or community leadership roles.
