Meet the Team
We have an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team as a Solutions Engineering Leader within our Global Security Sales Organization! We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded technical sales leader passionate about delivering elite technology and services to protect our customers through network, endpoint, and SaaS offerings across any cloud. This role is ideal for someone with proven leadership skills and industry and technical expertise to drive success with their team and regional peers. The position requires an ambitious self-starter capable of building executive relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, articulating Cisco's business value and technical capabilities, and driving deal closure activities.
Your Impact
As a Security Solutions Engineering Leader, you will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and regional leaders in the Americas Service Provider, Hyperscaler, and Media industries to develop and implement sales strategies that foster regional growth. You will partner with Security Sales Leadership, demonstrating technical and business excellence to achieve revenue targets.
You will lead and mentor a motivated sales engineering team passionate about bringing transformative technology to life for our customers and partners. Your team will develop solutions leveraging Cisco's security portfolio—covering Identity, Cloud, Network, and XDR capabilities—tailored to diverse environments. You are responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing team performance, positioning Cisco's security solutions effectively against competitors, and serving as trusted advisors for customers and cross-functional teams.
