Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Leader in Training to join their dispensary team. This role involves overseeing operations, optimizing customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team. Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service and retail, with aspirations for growth within the cannabis industry.
The Leader in Training (LIT) is a n adaptable and essential part of the RISE Dispensary leadership team that prioritizes delivering memorable, positive consumer experiences . As part of the leadership team, you have a key role in actively supervising the dispensary’s daily operations , communicating priorities to team members , and optimizing the customer journey . As a Leader in Training, you will gain subject matter expertise as you rotate through critical dispensary functions supporting operations, experience, and people. The Leader in Training role puts you on a fast track to growth and is a developmental step to becoming Assistant General Manager.
