A leading educational consulting firm is seeking a Leader in Me Coach & Consultant to support K-12 schools in achieving high-leverage results. This hybrid role involves delivering virtual and onsite coaching sessions, building relationships with school stakeholders, and traveling extensively. Location: Hybrid – Anywhere in Greater Los Angeles, California
Compensation: Anticipated compensation for this position is $110-140k salary*
Job Summary: The Leader in Me (LIM) Coach and Consultant will partner with all school stakeholders to ensure they achieve high-leverage results, aligned to specific district/school goals, with LIM implementation year after year. Focus will be on building exceptional relationships with existing LIM schools. This is achieved through virtual and onsite delivery of coaching sessions and workshops, with frequent virtual touchpoints and provision of resources and guidance on implementation. This role supports schools by engaging all stakeholders to progress toward Lighthouse results and beyond.
