Job summary

Qualifications

• This position requires U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• BS degree in Engineering or related field; non-U.S. equivalents considered.
• 3+ years in leadership roles (team lead, project management) or completion of Boeing leadership course.
• 3+ years of RF, modems, wireless, and advanced communications systems experience.
• 3+ years of bus/payload systems or Special Test Equipment (STE) experience.
• 3+ years of space hardware/test systems development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of electrical, electronics, RF, mechanical, and power engineers.
• Provide technical direction and ensure disciplined hardware development execution.
• Plan staffing and balance resources across concurrent programs.
• Establish and maintain engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate with systems, software, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and supply-chain teams.
• Support hiring, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
• Foster engineering excellence, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and customer commitments.
