We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Counsel to join the GE Vernova Wind Litigation team, reporting directly to GE Vernova's VP & General Counsel, Wind.
The Executive Counsel will lead the company’s response to significant litigation, arbitration and disputes across the wind segment globally, but with an expected emphasis on major U.S. risks and contract, warranty, product liability, and project construction matters. The Executive Counsel will serve as a proactive advisor to the Wind leadership team, commercial teams, other litigators and General Counsels across GE Vernova and GE Vernova HQ leadership team. The Executive counsel will coordinate with Government Relations, Communications, Finance, Insurance, Risk, Securities and Audit teams, as needed to manage financial, media and reputational risk.
Essential Responsibilities:
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $228,000 and $342,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
