Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a developmental field (e.g., education, psychology, speech language pathology)
  • Two years of hands-on ABA-T experience providing direct services to children with autism spectrum disorders
  • One year of BCBA experience demonstrating leadership
  • Board Certification (BCBA) by the national Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours and stay connected via phone/email to support clinical staff
  • Experience consulting with families, educators, and clinical staff (highly valued)

Responsibilities

Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY: As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Leader, you will drive excellence in applied behavior analysis (ABA) programming at our Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD). Working under the guidance of the Manager or Director, you will lead and mentor a talented team of BCBA and ABA professionals while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and related disabilities. This is an opportunity to shape evidence-based intervention programs, inspire clinical excellence, and expand our impact across the Health System and community.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education / Experience Required
  • Master's degree in a developmental field (e.g., education, psychology, speech language pathology)
  • Two (2) years of hands-on experience as an Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist (ABA-T) providing direct services to children with autism spectrum disorders—experience that has shaped your understanding of evidence-based intervention and family-centered care
  • One (1) year of BCBA experience demonstrating your commitment to clinical leadership and professional growth
  • A self-motivated, highly organized approach to work that inspires confidence in both clinical teams and families
  • Proven ability to thrive independently while actively contributing to collaborative team environments
  • Flexibility and responsiveness—you're comfortable working non-traditional hours and staying connected via phone/email to support clinical staff and CADD leadership as needs emerge
  • Experience consulting with families, educators, and clinical staff (highly valued)
Certification / Licensure Required
  • Board Certification (BCBA) by the national Behavior Analyst Certification Board—demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field
