GENERAL SUMMARY: As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Leader, you will drive excellence in applied behavior analysis (ABA) programming at our Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD). Working under the guidance of the Manager or Director, you will lead and mentor a talented team of BCBA and ABA professionals while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and related disabilities.
