Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in recreation-related field required or preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in recreation programming or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading youth sports programs, camps, or community initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement, and lead youth and community sports, recreation, fitness, wellness, and enrichment programs.
• Develop lesson plans and curriculum promoting age-appropriate skill development and healthy lifestyles.
• Lead daily programming including camps, after-school programs, and community events.
• Serve as a lead instructor and role model in a positive, safe, inclusive environment.
• Mentor and support staff, coaches, instructors, volunteers, and part-time staff.
