Chelsea Piers in New York, NY is seeking a Lead Basketball Coach to develop youth players within our Evolution Academy and Team programs. You will deliver advanced coaching, run practices, and guide teams grades 2–8 while upholding the program's vision and culture.

The role requires 5+ years of basketball coaching, a Bachelor's degree or higher, and willingness to travel and work weekends. You’ll also assist with other sports and CP events as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of basketball coaching experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent.
• Ability to coach across ages 2–14 and manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level coaching and player development across youth programs.
• Run Evolution Academy practices and manage Evolution Teams.
• Support other sports classes (tennis/volleyball) when needed.
• Assist with camp programming, tournaments, and events.
