Job summary

Valtech is seeking a Xstore QA in Bengaluru, India, to push the boundaries of experience innovation. You’ll bring 6+ years of QA experience, a growth mindset, and a drive to deliver high-quality releases in an agile setting.

You will design and execute functional, regression, mobile, cross-browser, and API tests, mentor junior testers, and partner with developers and product owners to ensure excellence across browsers and devices.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software testing practices.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Xstore (V23+ and above).
• Cross-browser / cross-platform testing experience.
• Mobile UI/functional testing.
• API testing (Postman or equivalent).
• Agile methodology exposure.

Role Responsibilities

• Seeking an experienced QA professional with strong hands-on skills in Oracle Xstore (V23+), XOCS functional testing, mobile testing, and API testing. The role involves full ownership of testing deliverables, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality product releases in an agile environment.
• Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, mobile, cross-browser, and API tests.
• Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and documentation. Work closely with developers and product owners to understand requirements.
• Validate releases across major browsers and mobile platforms. Report testing progress, risks, and escalations in time.
• Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior testers.

Must have qualifications

• Strong understanding of software testing practices.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Xstore (V23+ and above).
• Cross-browser / cross-platform testing experience.
• Mobile UI/functional testing.
• API testing (Postman or equivalent).

• SQL knowledge
• Java knowledge.
