Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program or associate degree (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in general radiology
• 1 year hospital experience (preferred)
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) and ARRT certification upon hire
• BCLS certification prior to providing patient care

Responsibilities

The Radiology Lead supervises staff, coordinates daily activities, evaluates technical skills, manages schedules, oversees orientation and training, and ensures compliance with quality standards. They troubleshoot equipment, monitor safety protocols, and serve as a liaison with educational programs. Additionally, they oversee patient care, equipment operation, and maintain departmental records.
