BCG Attorney Search seeks a Workers' Compensation Attorney in Orange Park, FL who will manage client cases, investigate thoroughly, and maintain strong relationships with clients and medical providers. This role demands proactive communication and effective coordination with insurance lenders and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate has a Florida Bar license with at least 2 years of workers' compensation experience; trial experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar License required.
• 2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience required.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership to build and manage a legal team.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients during their time of need.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open new files and initiate client contact with regular updates.
• Investigate cases and analyze intake information and documents.
• Verify insurance coverage and maintain contact with insurers.
• Manage client medical care and schedule appointments as needed.
• Monitor case status and review medical records for accuracy.
• Organize and maintain case files for submission to demand writers.
