Job summary

Kastech is seeking an experienced and certified Workday Scheduling Consultant to support remote implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on scheduling expertise and a track record of leading multiple end-to-end initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementations, configuring Workday Scheduling, gathering requirements, and coordinating with HR and technical teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Active Workday Scheduling certification.
• Led at least three Workday Scheduling implementations.
• Strong hands-on Workday Scheduling configuration experience.
• Ability to lead implementation activities independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Workday Scheduling implementations.
• Configure and implement Workday Scheduling functionality based on business requirements.
• Gather requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Provide guidance on Workday Scheduling best practices and implementation methodologies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and implementation timelines.
