Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Manager, People Excellence Systems Recruiting to optimize and manage end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding within the Workday platform.

You will serve as the functional and technical lead for Workday Recruiting and Onboarding for ships and shore operations, aligning with HR and IT stakeholder goals. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, IT, and other teams to deliver a best-in-class candidate and new hire experience, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring and managing Workday Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Strong configuration knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Security and Reporting.
• Experience providing strategic consulting with senior HR leadership.
• Proven HRIS project leadership including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain Workday Recruiting and Onboarding configurations.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, IT, Finance to translate requirements into HR tech solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition strategies.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to recruiting technology initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to HR and Talent Acquisition teams on system functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and user guides.
• Create dashboards and reports to support recruiting metrics and compliance.
• Ensure recruiting and onboarding processes comply with policies and regulations.
• Support audits and data requests related to hiring and onboarding activities.
• Analyze business processes and resolve issues.
