Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Manager for the role of Workday Extend Solution Architect in Pensacola, Florida. The candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Workday Extend solutions while managing technical workshops and collaborating with stakeholders.

With an estimated salary range of $165,000 - $190,000, the position offers a competitive compensation package including benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with an employer match.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Workday experience including hands-on Workday Extend development.
• Proven experience designing and delivering Extend solutions in a client-facing role.
• Experience across multiple domains (HCM, Finance, Integrations, Reporting).
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture and data model.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and architecture of Workday Extend applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define architecture standards and best practices for Extend development.
• Stay current on Workday Extend capabilities and roadmap.
