Lead with Purpose: Primary Care Medical Director - Rancho Dominguez, CA

Join our team in Rancho Dominguez, CA, as a Primary Care Medical Director and lead a dedicated team within our PACE program. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical excellence with leadership, making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors.

  • Champion Quality Care: Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective medical care for our participants.
  • Lead and Mentor: Recruit, train, supervise, and empower healthcare staff, fostering collaboration.
  • Drive Improvement: Oversee Quality and Performance Improvement programs to enhance care delivery.
  • Make an Impact: Provide direct medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of conditions, while building strong community provider relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional medical care to PACE participants.
  • Oversee clinical operations and ensure quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate healthcare staff.
  • Lead Quality and Performance Improvement initiatives.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with community physicians and providers.
Schedule:
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week.
  • On-site presence at clinics, community sites, or participants' homes as needed.
  • Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with possible on-call duties.
