Responsibilities

• Evaluates job requirements and conditions to develop wireline service execution plans.
• Provides technical direction to field personnel during job prep and execution.
• Monitors performance, analyzes data, and adjusts procedures as needed.
• Ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Coaches and trains less experienced operators on wireline procedures and safety.
• Maintains accurate job records and equipment documentation.
