Job summary

Timberline Communications Inc. is seeking a Tower Foreman in Salem, OR. This role involves leading and supervising tower crews in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure. Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, directing tasks, and monitoring crew performance.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of tower climbing experience, leadership skills, and relevant certifications. The position may require extensive travel and work in all weather conditions, along with long hours during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of wireless tower climbing and construction experience.
• Previous Lead Tech or Tower Foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb towers up to 150+ feet.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise tower crews in telecommunications infrastructure.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct Job Safety Analyses.
• Coordinate with project managers and track job progress.
• Inspect tools and ensure proper handling of materials.
