Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping production-quality applications.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience leading technical design and mentoring other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop applications.
• Define best-practices for Windows desktop development.
• Drive accessibility efforts and integrate support for accessibility APIs.
• Collaborate with product designers for UI/UX architecture.
• Take ownership of full lifecycle of features.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
