Job Description:
  1. Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors
  2. Lead and train crew
  3. Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs, and/or code performance and provide solutions
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics
  5. Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate techniques. Maintain great relationships with customers before, during, and after installation
Qualifications:
  • Three to five years of home improvement, remodeling, or construction experience
  • Previous experience installing windows and/or patio doors
  • Experience using a metal brake and wrapping windows
  • Previous foreman or lead experience is a major plus
  • General tool knowledge
  • Knowledge of safety practices
  • Driver's license
