PJ Fitzpatrick is seeking an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our Production team. This role installs windows and doors according to contracts and company standards, delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring workmanship quality.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, able to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable lifting up to 105 pounds. Full-time, with benefits, overtime, and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience installing and repairing windows, doors, and siding.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to safely lift and carry equipment, materials, and supplies up to 105 pounds.
• Experience using installation tools and equipment, including a brake.

Responsibilities

• Complete window and door installations according to company standards and customer contracts.
• Review job packets to understand the full scope of work prior to installation.
• Inspect delivered materials to ensure accuracy before beginning the project.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Submit completed timesheets daily.
