Job summary

Timken is seeking a Lead Wind Technician to diagnose and repair wind turbine systems in Pasco, WA. This role leads projects, communicates with management and customers, and oversees junior technicians while traveling to turbine sites on a regular basis.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of relevant experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and willingness to work overtime and travel. Safety training and basic computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Maintain and inventory company‑issued tooling and equipment.
• Complete and submit reports upon job completion.
• Submit daily and per diem time accurately and on time.

Pay Range: $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr (commensurate with experience and education)
