Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for Performance Upgrades to lead validation methods and NPI deliverables for the PowerUp portfolio, including DVR, PVR, and FSVR, in the wind energy sector. You will own tool development and maintenance, collaborate across product management, engineering, commercial and regional field teams, and represent the company in customer discussions.

Candidates should have a bachelor's in engineering or related field and 10+ years in wind or systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
10+ years of wind industry or systems engineering experience.
Strong ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, concise documentation for external customers.
Experience leading NPI deliverables and collaborating across functions.

Responsibilities

Define, maintain, and continuously improve the validation methodology for performance upgrade products.
Be the technical owner of performance upgrade validation tools; develop and maintain source code.
Lead NPI deliverables for the PowerUp portfolio (DVR, PVR, FSVR) from concept to deployment.
Develop and own customer-facing technical documentation related to validation methods and performance transparency.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, commercial and regional field teams to align validation approaches with product requirements.
Apply systems engineering and analytical methods to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvement.
