Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cell biology, virology, biochemistry, or related field.
• PhD strongly preferred; postdoctoral experience beneficial.
• Experience leading wet-lab operations and biosafety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cell culture and influenza virology operations.
• Maintain mammalian cell lines and primary cultures.
• Produce, titrate, and maintain influenza virus stocks.
• Develop recombinant influenza viruses using reverse genetics.
• Establish CRISPR-engineered cell lines for research programs.
• Mentor trainees and supervise staff in experimental procedures.
