Qualifications
- 5+ years of weld leadership experience.
- Strong GD&T knowledge and proficiency in CAD.
- Experience in designing and fabricating fixtures.
Responsibilities
- Own welding processes for new and existing products.
- Improve weld rate and reduce scrap through analysis.
- Mentor welders and elevate team skills.
Skills
Hands-on expertise in GTAW

Ability to control distortion
Blueprint interpretation
Data-driven problem-solving mindset
Education
Bachelor's in Welding Engineering or equivalent experience
