Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. seeks a 1st Shift Welding Department Lead for our Scag Welding area in West Bend. You will assist the Supervisor in overseeing manual and robotic weld operations, lead welders, ensure schedule adherence, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience in welding, whether robotic or manual, with strong communication and organizational skills to model best practices across the department.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fundamental welding knowledge and training.
• Experience with MIG welding and basic welding equipment.
• Proven ability to lead a welding team and coordinate with other departments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Supervisor in directing welders (manual and robotic).
• Maintain department organization, safety, and productivity.
• Ensure parts are welded per specs and schedules are followed.
• Perform or supervise welding tasks as needed and troubleshoot issues.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
