Job summary

American Rheinmetall Vehicles is seeking skilled Welders to join our defense manufacturing team at levels I, II, and III. You will perform MIG and TIG welds on steel, aluminum, and armor-grade metals, reading blueprints and welding symbols while ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met.

The Welder III role may involve leading small teams, providing technical direction, and coordinating daily welding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced MIG and TIG welding in steel, aluminum, and armor-grade metals.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Experience with DoD/ITAR documentation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and armor-grade metals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions.
• Prepare and align parts for welding using clamps, jigs, and fixtures.
• Inspect welds for quality and conformance to standards.
• Maintain welding equipment in accordance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Identify and report nonconformities to supervision urgently.
• Maintain qualifications and participate in training or requalification.
