Job summary

ProMach is seeking a welding team lead to run job sites, making solid decisions for the customer, our work team and the business. You will lead site operations, join, fabricate and repair metal, and collaborate with Customers and Engineering to ensure all project specifications are met.

The role requires at least two years as a commercial welder on stainless steel, strong inventory and safety knowledge, and the ability to convey clear instructions while leading a team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a job site leader.
• Two or more years experience operating as a commercial welder on stainless steel
• Demonstrated understanding of inventory protocols
• Prior experience in a customer facing role
• Must be able to follow and convey clear instruction
• Thorough knowledge of welding best practices and safety procedures

Benefits and Compensation

Base Salary Range: $53,144 - $91,104. Total compensation includes your pay, potential short-term incentive opportunities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, a retirement savings plan with company match, and a wellness program. You are eligible for benefits on your first day of employment.
