Peachford Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking Mental Health Technicians to join a dedicated team delivering patient-centered care across mental health, psychiatric and addictive disease settings.

As valued team members, MHTs provide coordinated care in inpatient and outpatient environments, support transitions along the continuum of care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social worker or other related field of study.
• Experience providing care in inpatient or outpatient psychiatric or addictive disease settings.
• Interest in psychiatric, mental health and/or behavioral health.
• Passion for providing patient care in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coordinated patient care to individuals with mental health, psychiatric and addictive disease diagnoses.
• Assist patients through the continuum of care.
• Work in a collaborative team environment to support treatment goals.

• Individuals who previous experience providing care in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric or addictive disease setting
• Individuals with an interest in psychiatric, mental health and/or behavioral health
• Individuals with a passion for providing patient care in a team environment
