• Provide hands-on technical leadership in developing robust and scalable webMethods integrations.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, performance, scalability, and development standards.
• Design and implement frameworks for error handling, logging, monitoring, alerting, and system resilience.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and integration architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide root-cause analysis and permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality integration services.
