Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Lead Web Designer to join our Brand Studio. You will define and build our marketing website and other consumer-facing digital experiences, leading design exploration and setting a high bar for craft.

This senior role requires initiative to drive cross-functional alignment, scale design systems, and push the work forward in our evolving brand space. You will collaborate closely with engineering and marketing teams.

Qualifications

10+ years in website design and digital experiences in agency or in-house settings.
Strong UX instincts with ability to translate principles into intuitive experiences.
Ability to self-direct across multiple workstreams and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver category-defining digital experiences on marketing sites and touchpoints.
Lead redesigns from strategy through design, implementation, and stewardship.
Collaborate daily with web and marketing teams to iterate and ship.
Champion new design processes and scalable design systems with engineering input.
Foster feedback and collaboration among designers and executives.
Shape and evolve the company brand in collaboration with stakeholders.
