Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 9+ years sales in financial services.
• Proven track record implementing wealth management strategies.
• Experience with high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.
• CFP/CTFA/CPA or MBA/JD designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client relationship team and ensure access to firm resources and solutions.
• Develop sales strategies to grow the client base and promote financial services.
• Coordinate team communication and wealth solution delivery.
• Manage pipeline to meet sales goals and move opportunities forward.
• Lead relationship reviews with the committee and monitor client objectives.
• Adhere to risk controls and regulatory standards.
• Promote the M&T Bank brand and inclusive culture.
• Maintain internal controls and respond to audits.
• Meet registration requirements under the Federal SAFE Act.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
