Job summary

RDR Utility Services Group in West Virginia seeks a Water Transfer Rig Up-Construction laborer to join our Utility Line Repair and Maintenance Division. You will assist with installing pumps, valves and fittings and ensure tasks meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating Tele Handlers, Skid Steers, excavators and dozers, submitting daily time sheets and inspections, and upholding environmental and safety policies while maintaining equipment and safe work environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Water Transfer Construction Rig up and Pigging of Water Lines (Preferred but not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Punctual, positive attitude, and good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to operate Tele Handlers, Skid Steers, Excavators and Dozers safely.

Responsibilities

• Work with crew installing pumps, valves, and fittings to company and customer standards.
• Turn in time sheets, JSA’s, and equipment inspections daily and report deficiencies.
• Operate Tele Handler, Skid Steer, Excavators, and Dozers as required.
• Load and unload equipment and materials with proper rigging techniques.
• Install water transfer pumps, valves, fittings, and pig launchers/receivers.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide recommendations for environmental performance improvements.
