Job summary

Kelley Dewatering & Construction Co. is seeking a Laborer to support field operations, assist with mobilization/demobilization of equipment, and help set up, install, remove, and teardown dewatering systems.

This hands‑on role offers opportunities to contribute to safe, efficient jobsite performance. You will load shipments, move pumps and generators, complete documentation, and assist with preventive maintenance while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work long hours in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, installation, teardown, and removal of dewatering equipment and systems.
• Load, unload, and safely transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Move, position, and maintain pumps, generators, compressors, hoses, and related equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation per KDCC procedures.
• Perform basic equipment repairs on site and support preventive maintenance on vehicles and tools.
• Keep jobsites, yard, and shop areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support the crew with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Follow all KDCC and regulatory environmental, health, and safety standards.
