Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR is seeking an Experienced Water Restoration Technician to lead restoration projects and deliver high-quality results for clients in need. The role emphasizes expertise in water and fire damage mitigation, applied structural drying, and compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate has IICRC certifications such as WRT/ASD/AMRD/FST/CC, proven restoration experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Certifications: Current or recently expired IICRC WRT, ASD, AMRD, FST, CC preferred.
• Additional state certifications and Mold licensing are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in water and fire restoration.
• Strong practical restoration skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate expertise in water and fire damage mitigation, including applied structural drying, smoke remediation and mold remediation.
• Adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
• Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters, to ensure project success.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
