Job summary

AllKlean in Post Falls, Idaho is hiring a Lead Water Restoration Technician to dry out flooded homes and businesses and be the hero for customers in difficult situations. The role offers growth potential and a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

Starting pay is $23–$25 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employee, vacation pay, and cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle issues caused by water damage and remove/replace damaged materials.
• Assist with setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore property.
• Work with the mitigation team to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to/from job sites while following traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet on DASH.
