Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional water resources engineering experience.
• Proven experience designing and leading small to large water-related projects.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, modeling, studies, proposals, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform design engineering and oversee project design staff.
• Maintain quality control throughout the design process.
• Develop client relationships and support business development activities.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Assist with sales pursuits for water-related projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams to complete tasks within schedules and budgets.
