Job summary

AECOM's Water Business Line is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager for immediate employment based in Virginia Beach, VA. You will plan, manage, and lead water and wastewater upgrade projects, coordinating across project teams and client interfaces to deliver results from design through commissioning.

The role requires a degree in Civil/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years of related experience; PE license is preferred. A master's degree and 7+ years PM experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering with 6+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) preferable
• Masters degree in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering
• 7+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager within an engineering consulting firm

Responsibilities

• Manage water and wastewater projects from planning, design, procurement, construction and through commissioning phase.
• Responsible for project scope, budget, schedule, staffing, execution and closeout.
• Provide guidance to subcontractors and ensure company project policies are followed.
• Engage in water community activities and support business development.
• Lead and mentor team members and collaborate with diverse teams.
