Cleaning and Restoration Experts LLC in Elizabethtown, PA is seeking a responsible, experienced water and fire damage lead technician to join our family-owned team. You will oversee crew members, sketch properties, and write mitigation estimates to restore homes during tough times.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, own tools, and strong customer service. Expect Mon–Fri 8:00–4:30 with potential weekends and after-hours; you will communicate progress to owners and insurance

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Work Mon-Fri 8:00–4:30; call-offs discouraged.
• Possible weekend and after hours required.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Have their own tools.
• Communicate progress to the building owner and direct supervisor.
• Manage crew members efficiently.
• Sketch property.
• Write full mitigation estimate.
• Learn different techniques using coworkers knowledge.
• Be well organized.
• Have a calming presence in times of distress.
• Photo document all aspects of a loss.
• Communicate with insurance agents and adjusters.

Responsabilités
